We prioritize a child-centered approach, where we focus on understanding the child's strengths, challenges, and interests to create personalized treatment plans that meet their specific needs. 

Children learn best through play.  Our playgroups provide age-appropriate activities focusing on fine motor skills, gross motor movement, and sensory exploration. Your child will be able to improve their social skills and problem solving through imitation and play with their peers.  This group is for children of all abilities. Best suited for children ages 1-7 years old. 

We recognize the importance of family involvement in the therapy process and work to empower and educate families, as they play a crucial role in a child's progress.

We work collaboratively with the child's family, other healthcare professionals, school, and workplace to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to therapy.

We also offer informational sessions and professional development opportunities to learn more about areas such as sensory regulation, executive functioning, behavior strategies, and emotional regulation.
