Meet the Team
Raveena and Noelle's dream of starting a pediatric occupational therapy clinic started 2 years ago while working together in a school setting. They saw the need for a space where they not only treated the child, but helped the caregivers, teachers, employers, etc. understand and support the needs of their clients.
They envision a collaborative approach where each team member brings their unique expertise and perspective to create individualized treatment plans for every child.

With a rich background in occupational therapy spanning various settings, I've had the privilege of working with diverse age groups, from preschool through high school, in outpatient pediatrics, and even in acute rehab for adults. Despite this broad spectrum, my heart finds its true calling in outpatient pediatrics.
My journey began with the completion of my occupational therapy assistant degree at Delaware Technical Community College, where I discovered my passion for this field. Driven by this passion, I pursued further education, obtaining my Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, MA.
With over 6 years of dedicated experience in occupational therapy, I have found fulfillment in every moment of my journey. I am committed to continually enhancing my skills and knowledge to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to those I serve.

I graduated in 2002 from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors in Exercise & Sports Sciences. After several years working various jobs I went on to get my associates degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. For the past 7 years, I have worked in a preschool setting providing services to children with developmental delay and autism.
I wanted to learn more and be a more well rounded therapist, so I went to Arizona State University and got my Masters of Arts in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. I recently passed my boards and am now a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and OT assistant.
With a unique mix of occupational therapy and applied behavior analysis, I hope to be able to use these skills together to provide the best all around care for my clients as well as provide support for the families and caregivers as well. My passion is working with children and showing them that their true potential lies within them and that they can do anything they put their minds too.

Hello! My names is Leann Hurley and I am extremely excited about joining Milestone Therapy team.
I am a certified speech and language pathologist with over 4 years of experience working with pediatrics.
Outside of work, I love going on adventures with my dog and cozying up to read a good book on rainy days.

Occupational Therapist
I graduated from UD with my undergraduate degree in Health Behavior Science and a minor in Health, Physical Activity, and Disability in 2018. In 2022, I graduated from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston with my doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
I’ve been passionate about working with students since I was in high school and most of my experience has been school-based. I’m looking forward to working in an outpatient setting to be able to target areas of need that impact children’s day to day lives outside of their academics. When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my baby and enjoying the era of being a new mom.
Allison Kurs M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist
I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with minors in Disabilities Studies and Human Development from the University of Delaware in 2020 and continued my journey to Towson University where I completed my Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2022. I found my love for pediatrics during my time at Towson and continued to follow this path through my CFY and into my professional career.
Since obtaining my professional licensure, I have worked with children as young as 18 months through high school with various speech and language disorders including speech sound disorders, social language deficits, and receptive/expressive language disorders.
I also have extensive experience working with children with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder in both the pediatric outpatient and school-based settings.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my puppy Pesto, going on walks, reading, and finding new recipes to try!
Jamie Neidlein M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist
My name is Jamie and I am a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist that holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Misericordia University and has experience supporting children with a variety of speech and language needs.
My pediatric experience includes early intervention, autism, articulation, language, and social-pragmatic skills. I have also worked in school and therapy settings, helping children build confidence and find their voice. I am passionate about making speech therapy engaging, supportive, and fun for every child!

Hi! My name is Alexa Pino and I graduated with my associates degree in applied science for OTA from DelTech! I have always been drawn to pediatrics and have a passion for helping children grow, thrive, and achieve their goals.
I am thrilled to be apart of the Milestones team and to expand my outpatient occupational therapy experience!
In my free time I enjoy crafting, movie marathons, and spending time with my family. I love traveling, exploring new places and trying new foods as well!
Caiti Gallagher COTA/L
Occupational Therapy Assistant
I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who graduated from Delaware Technical Community College in 2025. My experience has allowed me to work with individuals across a variety of settings and stages of life, including a year working in a special needs school, clinical experience as a student at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), and experience in adult rehabilitation.
What I love most about occupational therapy is the belief that everyone has a purpose and a meaningful place in life. OT gives me the opportunity to help people discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and find their own way to living a life that feels fulfilling and special to them.
I am passionate about creating meaningful connections with the people I work with and helping each individual build the skills, confidence, and independence they need to participate in the things that matter most to them.
