Getting Started
The Process
Have a concern about your child?
Our process is tailored to meet the needs of each child. Our initial evaluation may include standardized assessments, skills check, parent/caregiver interview, and review of any pertinent medical history.
From there we will work with the parent/caregivers to develop a treatment plan and goals for your child. You play a very important role in your child's treatment and want to make sure you are part of your child's treatment team.
Treatment sessions can be done in our office.
*A script from your child's pediatrician is needed for insurance purposes*
Please reach out to our office and we can help you with insurance and/or doctor scripts
Insurance
We are currently in network with Highmark Health Options, Highmark Blue Cross (PPO and FEP plans), Independence IBX, Cigna and Aetna
We will update our website as we receive approvals. In the meantime, we can provide you a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance carrier.
Payments
We accept cash, checks, HSA (Health Savings Accounts), and all major credit cards for any co-pays, services not covered through insurance, and private pay clients.
